REINFORCEMENT METHOD FOR HOLLOW FLOOR SLAB
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a reinforcement method for a hollow floor slab that reduces occurrence of damages on the top surface of a hollow floor slab of a road bridge and lessens traffic restrictions that accompany a repair work.SOLUTION: A hole 4 that opens on the bottom surface of a hollow floor slab and reaches the hollow part is drilled. Then, a long reinforcement material 30 is inserted into the hollow part through the hole 4. The reinforcement material 30 is fixed and the wall surface of the hollow part is covered with the reinforcement material 30. The reinforcement material 30 comprises a resin pipe and a reinforcement sheet that covers the outer peripheral surface of the pipe. The reinforcement material 30 is inflated when inserted into the hollow part, so that the volume of the interior of the reinforcement material 30 is greater than that before the insertion, and is fixed by hardening a filling material that fills the gap between the reinforcement sheet and the inner surface of the hollow part.
【課題】道路橋の中空床版の上面における破損の発生を低減し、補修作業に係る通行規制を減らすことを可能とする中空床版の補修方法を提供する。【解決手段】中空床版の底表面で開口し中空部に達する孔4を設ける。続いて、長尺の補強材30を、孔4を通じて前記中空部に挿入する。そして、補強材30を固定し、前記中空部の壁面を補強材30で覆う。補強材30は、樹脂製の管材と、前記管材の外周面を覆う強化シートで構成され、補強材30が前記中空部に挿入された状態で、補強材30の内側の体積が挿入前よりも大きい膨張状態とし、前記強化シートと前記中空部の内表面との隙間を満たす充填材を硬化させて固定する。【選択図】図2
