PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a sheath pipe from being displaced by concrete placing.SOLUTION: A sheath pipe fixing frame is used, the fixing frame comprising a U-shaped sheath pipe fixture, and a shelf support material and a support frame for supporting the sheath pipe fixture. The sheath pipe fixture is screwed to the shelf support material to firmly a sheath pipe.
