BUILDING MATERIAL AND OUTDOOR FACILITY STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material and an outdoor facility structure which can efficiently exert a cooling effect on external air to be introduced into an inside of a building, enable a cool spot giving a sensory temperature lower than a surrounding environment to be created, and are applicable to a detached house with limited space.SOLUTION: A building material 1 comprises: a base material 2; an adhesion layer 3 which is installed on the base material 2 and has a hydrophobic property; and a porous material layer 4 with porous materials having a water-absorbing property compactly arranged on a surface of the adhesion layer 3. A photocatalytic material 8 which has a hydrophilic property is applied to the surface of the porous material layer 4. An outdoor facility structure is constructed by the building material 1.
【課題】建物内に導入される外気を冷却する効果を効率よく発揮できるとともに、周辺環境よりも体感温度の低いクールスポットを形成することが可能であり、さらに、スペースが限られる戸建住宅等であっても導入しやすい建材および外構構造物を提供する。【解決手段】建材1が、基材2と、この基材2に設けられた疎水性を有する接着層3と、接着層3の表面に吸水性を有する多孔質材が密集して設けられてなる多孔質材層4と、を備えており、親水性を有する光触媒物質8が多孔質材層4の表面に塗布され、外構構造物が、この建材1によって構成されている。【選択図】図1
