To suppress a feeling of fear when descending an evacuation ladder provided at an evacuation hatch, and to prevent walking on an outdoor floor part from being hindered even when a step is formed in the case of installing the evacuation hatch at the outdoor floor part.SOLUTION: An opening part 4 penetrating an outdoor floor part 3 of an upper floor in a thickness direction is formed at least at the outdoor floor part 3 of the upper floor, and an evacuation hatch 10 on which an evacuation ladder 13 developing downward is mounted is installed being fitted in the opening part 4. A partition body 8 for partitioning a space into the outdoor side and a building 1 side is stretched and provided between an outdoor side end part at the outdoor floor part 3 of the upper floor and an outdoor side end part at the outdoor floor part 3 of a lower floor. The partition body 8 is arranged at least at a place opposing to the evacuation ladder 13 in the case of being developed downward, in a width direction orthogonal to a projection direction of the outdoor floor parts 3 of the upper and lower floors.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 20
【課題】避難ハッチに備えられた避難はしごの降下時における恐怖感を抑制するとともに、避難ハッチを屋外床部に設置した場合に段差が形成されても、屋外床部の歩行に支障が出ないようにする。【解決手段】少なくとも上階の屋外床部３に、当該上階の屋外床部３を厚み方向に貫通する開口部４が形成され、下方に展開する避難はしご１３が取り付けられた避難ハッチ１０が開口部４に嵌め込まれて設置され、上階の屋外床部３における屋外側端部と、下階の屋外床部３における屋外側端部との間には、屋外側と建物１側に空間を仕切る仕切り体８が架け渡されて設けられ、仕切り体８は、上下階の屋外床部３の張出方向と直交する幅方向において、下方に展開した場合の避難はしご１３と対向する箇所に少なくとも配置されている。【選択図】図２０
