DRIVE SYSTEM ESPECIALLY FOR SELF-PROPELLED CONSTRUCTION MACHINE, AND ESPECIALLY FOR COMPACTOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drive system for a self-propelled construction machine, especially a compactor, and which allows more efficient utilization of a hydraulic drive support unit.SOLUTION: A drive system comprises: a drive unit 26; fluid circuits 30, 34 having hydraulic pumps 32, 36; a hydraulic drive support unit 38 having a hydraulic pump/motor configuration group 40, and a pressure fluid storage device 42, in which the hydraulic pump/motor configuration group 40 can be coupled to the drive unit 26 or the fluid circuits 30, 34, and can operate as a pump for filling the pressure fluid storage device 42. In addition, the hydraulic pump/motor configuration group 40 can operate as a motor for starting the drive unit 26 for the hydraulic pumps 32, 36 of the fluid circuits 30, 34.
