PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle door opening/closing device which can suppress the opening/closing operation of a door member caused by impact.SOLUTION: The device includes collision detection means that detects the collision of a vehicle, and stop control means. When the collision detection means detects the collision of a vehicle, the stop control means executes stop control to stop opening/closing control by opening/closing control means for stopping the opening/closing operation of the door member.
