POLYMER CEMENT GROUT MATERIAL FOR REPAIRING UNDERSEA TUNNEL, AND REPAIR METHOD OF UNDERSEA TUNNEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a polymer cement grout material for repairing an undersea tunnel including both a performance as a mortar for repairing the undersea tunnel and a performance as a grout material for repair, and to provide a repair method of the undersea tunnel capable of obtaining an undersea tunnel having high durability.SOLUTION: A polymer cement grout material for repairing an undersea tunnel contains, with respect to 100 pts.mass high-early-strength cement, a water-reducing agent as much as 0.5-2.0 pts.mass, a polymer dispersion as much as more than 10 pts.mass and equal to or less than 22 pts.mass in terms of the involatile component amount, water as much as 45-60 pts.mass and a fine aggregate. A repair method of the undersea tunnel using the same is also provided.
【課題】海底トンネル補修用のモルタルとしての性能と、補修用グラウト材としての性能を兼ね備えた海底トンネル補修用ポリマーセメントグラウト材を提供すること。また、耐久性の高い海底トンネルが得られる海底トンネルの補修方法を提供すること。【解決手段】早強セメント100質量部に対して、減水剤を0.5〜2.0質量部、ポリマーディスパージョンを不揮発成分量で10質量部超22質量部以下、水を45〜60質量部及び細骨材を含有する海底トンネル補修用ポリマーセメントグラウト材;及びこれを用いる海底トンネルの補修方法。【選択図】なし
