STRUCTURE CONSTRUCTION METHOD AND STRUCTURE DEMOLITION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure construction method capable of maintaining a good work environment and reducing construction cost.SOLUTION: A structure construction method comprises: steps S1,S2 to construct a floor skeleton on a roof floor of a building 1 as a permanent structure floor skeleton 30, use at least a part of posts 11 of the building 1 as bracing struts 11A, build the bracing struts 11A to achieve a prescribed height by making the bracing struts 11A pass through the permanent structure floor skeleton 30, support the permanent structure floor skeleton 30 from the bracing struts 11A, and construct a peripheral scaffold 40 covering an outer peripheral surface of the building 1 by being supported by the permanent structure floor skeleton 30; a step S3 to construct the building 1 within a work space S surrounded by the permanent structure floor skeleton 30 and the peripheral scaffold 40, and extend the bracing struts 11A upward on the permanent structure floor skeleton 30; and steps S4,S5 to repeat the step S3 while elevating the permanent structure floor skeleton 30 and the peripheral scaffold 40 along the bracing struts 11A.
【課題】作業環境を良好に維持しつつ、施工費を低減できる構造物構築方法を提供すること。【解決手段】構造物構築方法は、建物1の屋上階の床躯体を本設床躯体30として構築するとともに、建物1の少なくとも一部の柱11を支柱11Aとして、この支柱11Aを本設床躯体30を貫通して所定高さまで構築して、この支柱11Aから本設床躯体30を支持し、かつ、本設床躯体30に支持されて建物1の外周面を覆う外周足場40を架設するステップS1、S2と、本設床躯体30および外周足場40で囲まれた作業スペースS内で、建物1を構築するとともに、本設床躯体30の上で、支柱11Aを上方に延長するステップS3と、本設床躯体30および外周足場40を支柱11Aに沿って上昇させながらステップS3を繰り返すステップS4、S5と、を備える。【選択図】図2
