CYLINDRICAL STRUCTURE DEMOLITION APPARATUS AND CYLINDRICAL STRUCTURE DEMOLITION METHOD
To provide a cylindrical structure demolition apparatus capable of demolishing a cylinder and an outer structure of a cylindrical structure from their upper part and suspending and lowering a demolished object to the ground without arranging any workers.SOLUTION: A fixation part 3 presses an inner surface of a cylinder 10, which makes the fixation part come into a state of being fixed on the cylinder 10 and enables a cylinder cutting part 4 and revolving stands (5A, 5B) rotatably assembled to the fixation part 3 to revolve around a revolving axis RX along a center line of the cylinder 10. When the cylinder cutting part 4 revolves with respect to the fixation part 3, the inner surface of the cylinder 10 is cut in the circumferential direction by a circular saw 41 of the cylinder cutting part 4. When the revolving stands (5A, 5B) revolve with respect to the fixation part 3, outer structure cutting parts (6A to 6C) fixed on or suspended from the revolving stands (5A, 5B) come into a state of being arranged so as to face an outer structure 11, a cutting target. In the state, the outer structure 11, the cutting target, is grasped and cut by the outer structure cutting parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】作業者を配置せずに筒状構造物の筒身と外側構造物を上部から解体し、解体物を地面へ吊り降ろすことができる筒状構造物解体装置を提供する。【解決手段】固定部3が筒身10の内面を押圧することによって筒身10に固定された状態となり、その固定部3に対して旋回可能に組み合わされた筒身切断部4及び旋回台(5A、5B)が、筒身10の中心線に沿った旋回軸RXの周りで旋回可能となる。筒身切断部4が固定部3に対して旋回すると、筒身切断部4の丸鋸41によって筒身10の内面が周方向に切断される。また、旋回台(5A、5B)が固定部3に対して旋回すると、旋回台(5A、5B)に固定若しくは吊り下げられた外側構造物切断部(6A〜6C)が、切断対象の外側構造物11に向けて配置された状態となり、この状態で外側構造物11により当該切断対象の外側構造物11が把持されて切断される。【選択図】図2
