CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR NEW UNDERGROUND SKELETON, ACCOMPANIED BY DEMOLITION OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND SKELETON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method for a new underground skeleton that is accompanied by demolition of an existing underground skeleton, capable of reducing the costs and curtailing the construction period.SOLUTION: A temporary wall 4 that faces an outer wall 13 is built in all the tiers of an existing underground skeleton 11, inside the outer wall 13 of the existing underground skeleton 11. At the same time, a counterfort 5 is built in the direction orthogonal to the temporary wall 4, and fluidized soil 6 is filled between the temporary wall 4 and the outer wall 13, thereby backfilling the existing underground skeleton 11 to a backfill level 10 located in an intermediate part in the height direction. The part of the existing underground skeleton 11 inside the temporary wall 4 and above the backfill level 10 is demolished and removed, and then the outer wall 13 is demolished and an earth retaining wall is built near the area where the outer wall 13 was located. The portion above the backfill level 10 is demolished and removed, and a floor and a beam of a new underground skeleton are installed immediately above the backfill level 10. The part of the new underground skeleton above the floor and the beam is constructed by an ordinary basement construction method, while the part of the new underground skeleton below the floor and the beam is constructed by an inverted construction method.
【課題】コスト削減や工期短縮を図ることができる既存地下躯体の解体を伴う新設地下躯体の施工方法を提供する。【解決手段】既存地下躯体11の外壁13の内側に外壁13と対向する仮設壁4を既存地下躯体11の全層にわたって設けるとともに、仮設壁4と交差する向きの控え壁5を設け、仮設壁4と外壁13との間に流動化土6を充填し、既存地下躯体11の高さ方向の中間部に位置する埋戻しレベル10まで埋戻しを行う。既存地下躯体11のうちの仮設壁4の内側かつ埋戻しレベル10よりも上方の部分を解体して撤去し、外壁13を解体して外壁13が設けられていた領域近傍に山留壁を設ける。埋戻しレベル10よりも上方の部分を解体して撤去し、埋戻しレベル10の直上の新設地下躯体の床および梁を設け、この床および梁よりも上側の部分では、順打ち工法で新設地下躯体の施工を行い、下側の部分では、逆打ち工法で新設地下躯体の施工を行う。【選択図】図5
