DISASSEMBLING METHOD OF EXISTING UNDERGROUND SKELETON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a disassembling method of an existing underground skeleton capable of reducing construction cost, by preventing lengthening of a construction period.SOLUTION: A method for disassembling an existing underground skeleton 2 comprises a step S1 of providing an opening part 20 up to reaching the underground lowest floor from the ground surface in an existing floor slab 16 of the existing underground skeleton 2 and steps S2-S7 of backfilling while disassembling the existing underground skeleton 2 by leaving an existing column 14 of the existing underground skeleton 2 toward the ground surface from the underground lowest floor of the existing underground skeleton 2. According to the present invention, the existing underground skeleton can be disassembled and removed without separately installing a timbering between mutual opposed existing underground outer walls, by using an existing floor slab and the existing column as the timbering of the opposed existing underground outer wall with the existing underground outer wall as an earth-retaining wall. Thus, the existing underground skeleton can be disassembled at low cost in a short construction period.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】工期が長期化するのを防ぐとともに、施工コストを低減できる既存地下躯体の解体方法を提供すること。【解決手段】既存地下躯体2を解体する方法は、既存地下躯体2の既存床スラブ16に地表から地下最下階に至るまで開口部20を設けるステップS1と、既存地下躯体2の地下最下階から地表に向かって、既存地下躯体2の既存柱14を残して既存地下躯体2を解体しながら埋戻しを行うステップS2〜S7と、を備える。本発明によれば、既存地下外壁を山留め壁とし、対向する既存地下外壁の支保工として既存床スラブおよび既存柱を用いることで、対向する既存地下外壁同士の間に別途支保工を架設することなく、既存地下躯体を解体して撤去できる。よって、短工期かつ低コストで既存地下躯体を解体できる。【選択図】図2
