POSITION ADJUSTING AMOUNT CALCULATION DEVICE OF GUIDE RAIL, POSITION ADJUSTING DEVICE, POSITION ADJUSTING METHOD AND PROGRAM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjusting amount calculation device of a guide rail which can improve the riding comfort of a vehicle by reducing the waving of the guide rail by simple work, and can alleviate a burden of a worker, a position adjusting device, a position adjusting method and a program.SOLUTION: A position adjusting amount calculation device of a guide rail comprises: a displacement amount acquisition part 47 which acquires a displacement amount in a track width direction at a plurality of measurement points in a longitudinal direction of the guide rail; a deformation distribution acquisition part 48 which acquires deformation distribution data of the guide rail when each guide rail is adjusted in the track width direction by a unit adjusting amount at a support point which is supported by a guide post; and a calculation part 49 which calculates a position adjusting amount to the track width direction at the support point of the guide rail with the displacement amount as a target displacement amount on the basis of the displacement amount which is acquired by the displacement amount acquisition part 47 and the deformation distribution data which are stored in the deformation distribution acquisition part 48.
【課題】簡単な作業で案内レールの波打ちを低減して車両の乗り心地を向上することができるとともに、作業者の負担を軽減することができる案内レールの位置調整量演算装置、位置調整装置、位置調整方法、および、プログラムを提供する。【解決手段】案内レールの長手方向の複数の計測点における軌道幅方向のずれ量を取得するずれ量取得部47と、ガイドポストにより支持される支持点で、それぞれ案内レールを単位調整量だけ軌道幅方向に調整した際の前記案内レールの変形分布データを取得する変形分布取得部48と、ずれ量取得部47により取得したずれ量、および、変形分布取得部48に記憶された変形分布データに基づいて、ずれ量を目標ずれ量とする案内レールの支持点における軌道幅方向への位置調整量を演算する演算部49と、を備えている。【選択図】図4
