GRANULATION SOLIDIFICATION METHOD OF LIQUID MUD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a granulation solidification method of liquid mud, which dispenses with an expensive coagulant and water-absorbing material, and enables a granulated article to be efficiently produced in a short period of time using a solidification material.SOLUTION: The granulation solidification method of liquid mud comprises: a solidification material addition step of adding a hydraulic-setting solidification material to the liquid mud and mixing them; a curing step of curing the liquid mud after the solidification material addition step until it becomes in a semisolid state; and a loosening granulation step of loosening treated mass of the liquid mud in the semisolid state after the curing step and granulating the loosened mass of the liquid mud.
【課題】高価な凝集剤や吸水性材料を不要にし、固化材を用いて短時間で効率的に造粒物の製造を可能にする液状泥土の造粒固化方法を提供する。【解決手段】液状泥土を造粒固化する方法であって、水硬性を有する固化材を液状泥土に添加して混合する固化材添加工程と、固化材添加工程後の液状泥土を半固体状になるまで養生する養生工程と、養生工程後の半固体状の液状泥土の処理塊をほぐして造粒するほぐし造粒工程とを備える。【選択図】なし
