METHOD FOR MANUFACTURING QUICK HARDENING EXPANSIVE CEMENT MIXTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture capable of providing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture having quick hardening property and expansive property.SOLUTION: There is provided a method for manufacturing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture represented by following (1) to (3): (1) the method for manufacturing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture by mixing in a mixing device after adding a quick hardening admixture material to an expansive cement admixture manufactured by mixing cement, an expansive material, an aggregate and water in the mixing device; (2) the method for manufacturing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture where the expansive material is a lime-based expansive material; and (3) the method for manufacturing a quick hardening expansive cement mixture by adding a setting retarder.
【課題】速硬性及び膨張性を兼ね備えた速硬性膨張セメント混練物が得られる速硬性膨張セメント混練物の製造方法を提供すること。【手段】以下の（１）〜（３）で表す速硬性膨張セメント混練物の製造方法である。（１）セメントと、膨張材と、骨材と、水とを混合装置で混練することで製造した膨張性セメント混練物に、速硬性混和材を添加した後に混合装置で混練することを特徴とする速硬性膨張セメント混練物の製造方法。（２）上記膨張材が、石灰系膨張材であることを特徴とする速硬性膨張セメント混練物の製造方法。（３）更に、凝結遅延剤を添加することを特徴とする速硬性膨張セメント混練物の製造方法。【選択図】なし
