OPENING-CLOSING/TENSIONING DEVICE OF SCAFFOLD CURING SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening-closing/tensioning device of a scaffold curing sheet, for reducing part cost, and enabling sheet installation work excellent in efficiency, by reducing a kind of the number of part items, by making common use of a form of respective hanger rails.SOLUTION: Clamp parts 101 and 102 joined to a pipe material are provided in both end parts of a tension rail 100, and an upward hook 100f is formed between both end parts of the rail 100, and this tension rail 100 is installed in the clamp parts 101 and 102 in at least the uppermost part and the lowermost part of a longitudinal base pipe material of a scaffold, and an eyelet of a curing sheet is fixed to the upward and downward hooks 100f and 100e provided in the installed tension rail 100, and a tension condition of the sheet is adjusted by adjusting a position on the longitudinal base pipe material of the clamp parts 101 and 102, and the curing sheet can be opened-closed between the longitudinal base pipe materials by sliding a runner member 100d on the rail 100.
【課題】各ハンガーレールの形態を共通化して部品点数の種類を減らし、部品コストの低減を図ると共に効率の良いシート設置作業を可能とする足場養生シートの開閉・緊締装置を提供する。【解決手段】テンションレール１００の両端部に、パイプ材に結合されるクランプ部１０１，１０２を有し、レール１００の両端部の間に上向きフック１００ｆとを形成し、このテンションレール１００を、足場の縦地パイプ材の少なくとも最上位部と最下位部にクランプ部１０１，１０２において架設すると共に、架設したテンションレール１００が備えた上向きと下向きのフック１００ｆ，１００ｅに養生シートのハトメを掛止し、クランプ部１０１，１０２の縦地パイプ材上での位置を調節することにより、シートの張り具合を調整し、ランナ部材１００ｄをレール１００上でスライドさせることにより、養生シートを縦地パイプ材の間で開閉できるようにした。【選択図】図８
