SUPPORT DEVICE FOR FLOOR PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support device for floor panel that has a support leg composed of a grounding plate and a male screw body coupled by caulking.SOLUTION: A male screw body 3 is provided, at a lower end of a main body 31 having a male screw cut thereupon, with a collar 32 as a flange projecting horizontally from the main body 31 and a cylinder part 33 projecting downward from the collar 32, and a grounding plate 2 is provided, on a grounding surface 24, with a center bead 21 shaped in plan view surrounding a connection hole 22 into which the cylinder part 33 is inserted and swelling from the grounding surface 24 and a plurality of reinforcement beads 23 extending crossing an outer peripheral edge 321 of the collar 32 of the male screw body 3 having the cylinder part 33 inserted into the connection hole 22 of the center bead 21 and swelling from the grounding surface, respectively. The male screw body 3 is coupled to the grounding plate 2 by mounting the outer peripheral edge 321 of the collar 32 on the reinforcement beads 23 and spreading and caulking the cylinder part 33 projected downward from the connection hole 22 formed in the center bead 21 of the grounding plate 2 outward in a radial direction so as to constitute a support leg 1.
【課題】かしめ結合される接地板と雄ネジ体とから支持脚を構成する床パネルの支持装置を提供する。【解決手段】雄ネジ体３は、上方に雄ネジを刻んだ本体31の下端に、前記本体31から水平に突出するフランジであるツバ32と、前記ツバ32より下方に突出する円筒部33とを設け、接地板２は、前記円筒部33を挿通する連結孔22を囲んだ平面視形状かつ接地面24から膨出した中央ビード21と、前記中央ビード21の連結孔22に円筒部33を挿入した雄ネジ体３のツバ32の外周縁321に交差して延び、接地面から膨出した複数の補強ビード23とをそれぞれ接地面24に設け、雄ネジ体３は、ツバ32の外周縁321を補強ビード23に載せ、接地板２の中央ビード21に設けた連結孔22から下方に突出させた円筒部33を半径方向外側に拡開するようにかしめて接地板２と結合し、支持脚１を構成する床パネルの支持装置である。【選択図】図１
