END PROCESSING METHOD OF URETHANE WATERPROOF SHEET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an end processing method of an urethane waterproof sheet capable of forming a uniform waterproof layer while shortening a cure period on a job site, and capable of implementing proper processing using a steel anchor while taking secular change into account without driving the anchor into a concrete cursor through the waterproof sheet.SOLUTION: The end processing method uses one or more layers of waterproof sheets 10A each including an urethane-based waterproof material layer that is manufactured in the plant beforehand and affixed on the job site. An anchor channel 51 is opened in the concrete cursor, a primer layer 41 and an adhesive layer 43 are applied, and in the waterproof sheet 10A, a fixed opening 53 larger than the anchor channel 51 is punched beforehand. The waterproof sheet 10A overlaps the concrete cursor, the fixed opening 53 is positioned around the anchor channel 51, an adhesive resin is injected into the anchor channel 51 and the fixed opening 53 which are overlapped, and the cured adhesive resin becomes a cured resin anchor 55.
【課題】現場での養生期間を短縮して、かつ均一な防水層を形成すること、そして、鋼製のアンカーを使用してアンカーを防水シートを貫通してコンクリート躯体に打ち込むことなしに、経年変化を考慮した適正な処理が実現できるウレタン防水シートの端部処理方法を提供する。【解決手段】予め工場で製造して、現場で貼るウレタン系の防水材層を含む1層または複数層の防水シート10Aを使用するもので、コンクリート躯体にアンカー溝51を空け、プライマー層41、接着剤層43を施し、防水シート10Aはアンカー溝51より大きな固定開口53を予め空け、コンクリート躯体に防水シート10Aを重ねて、アンカー溝51の周りに前記固定開口53を位置させ、重なったアンカー溝51、固定開口53内に接着樹脂を注入し、固化した接着樹脂が固化樹脂アンカー55となる。【選択図】図1
