CLAMP METAL FITTING AND METHOD OF MANUFACTURING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide clamp metal fittings that can have a nut lock part molded at a low cost and eliminate a trouble such that a fixing nut becomes hard to separate from the nut lock part.SOLUTION: A nut lock part 5 which swells is formed by collapsing one end part of a fastening bolt 3. The nut lock part 5 is formed to cover screw threads 3A at an end of the fastening bolt 3. A fixing nut 4 is configured not to come out of the one end part of the fastening bolt 3. A hollow part 5A is formed in one end part of the fastening bolt 3. The hollow part 5A is spread outward to form a swelling part 5B. The swelling part 5B is formed to cover screw threads 3A at the end of the fastening bolt 3. The fixing nut 4 has a lock step part 4A. When the fixing nut 4 is disengaged, the nut lock part 5 is locked in the lock step part 4A.
【課題】ナット止め部を安価に成形でき、固定ナットがナット止め部から離れ難くなる不都合を解消するクランプ金具を提供する。【解決手段】締付ボルト３の一端部を圧潰して膨出したナット止め部５を形成する。ナット止め部５にて締付ボルト３端部のネジ山３Ａを覆うように形成する。固定ナット４が締付ボルト３の一端部から抜けないように構成する。締付ボルト３の一端部に中空部５Ａを形成する。該中空部５Ａを外側に押し広げて膨出部５Ｂを形成する。該膨出部５Ｂにて前記締付ボルト３端部のネジ山３Ａを覆うように形成する。固定ナット４に係止段部４Ａを形成する。固定ナット４解除時に係止段部４Ａ内でナット止め部５が係止するように構成する。【選択図】 図１
