PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a residential ventilation system that can improve sound insulating properties while suppressing uncomfortable air current feeling.SOLUTION: A residential ventilation system includes: a ceiling material 3 constituting a ceiling surface of an indoor space H1; a ceiling space 4 formed above the ceiling material 3; ceiling cornices 5 each arranged at a connected portion between a wall 2 and the ceiling material 3; a floor material 6 constituting a floor surface of the indoor space H1; an underfloor space 7 formed below the floor material 6; baseboards 8 each arranged at a connected portion between the wall 2 and the floor material 6; an air inlet 9 for communicating an outdoor side S with the ceiling space 4; a first vent hole 10 for communicating the ceiling space 4 with the indoor space H1; a second vent hole 11 for communicating the indoor space H1 with the underfloor space 7; and air discharge means 12 for discharging air in the underfloor space 7 to the outdoor side S. The ceiling cornice 5 is disposed leaving a gap G1 with respect to the ceiling material 3. The baseboard 8 is disposed leaving a gap G2 with respect to the floor material 6. The first vent hole 10 is formed immediately above the ceiling cornice 5. The second vent hole 11 is formed immediately below the baseboard 8.
【課題】不快な気流感を抑制しつつ、遮音性を向上させることができる住宅換気システムを提供する。【解決手段】住宅換気システムは、室内空間H1の天井面を構成する天井材3と、天井材3の上方に形成された天井裏空間4と、壁2と天井材3の取合部に設けられた廻縁5と、室内空間H1の床面を構成する床材6と、床材6の下方に形成された床下空間7と、壁2と床材6の取合部に設けられた巾木8と、屋外Sと天井裏空間4とを連通する給気口9と、天井裏空間4と室内空間H1とを連通する第1通気口10と、室内空間H1と床下空間7とを連通する第2通気口11と、床下空間7の空気を屋外Sへ排出する排気手段12とを備える。廻縁5は、天井材3に対し隙間G1を空けた状態で配置される。巾木8は、床材6に対し隙間G2を空けた状態で配置される。第1通気口10は、廻縁5の直上に形成される。第2通気口11は、巾木8の直下に形成される。【選択図】図1
