MANUFACTURING DEVICE OF BUILDING STRUCTURAL MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing device of a building structural material which can easily manufacture the high-rigidity building structural material.SOLUTION: A manufacturing device of a building structural material 1 which manufactures the square cylindrical build structural material 1 by placing first to fourth four side face panels 5, 6, 7 and 8 constituting side faces on a manufacturing line L comprises: a finishing work table 40 which is arranged on the manufacturing line L, and combines a building structural material 1A whose cross section is substantially recessed, and the fourth side panel 8; and a crane which lifts and places the fourth side face panel 8 on the cross-section substantially-recessed building structural material 1A on the finishing work table 40. The finishing work table 40 has: press means 42 which applies a press on the fourth side face panel 8 in a vertical direction toward the cross-section substantially-recessed building structural material 1A; and moving means 43 which moves the press means 42 in a horizontal direction so as to freely advance and retreat, and forms a space for placing the fourth side face panel 8 on the cross-section substantially-recessed building structural material 1A from above.
【課題】高強度の建築構造材を容易に製造することが可能な建築構造材の製造装置を提供することを目的とする。【解決手段】側面を構成する第一から第四の四つの側面パネル５，６，７，８を製造ラインＬに載せて四角筒状の建築構造材１を製造する建築構造材１の製造装置が、製造ラインＬ上に配置され、断面略凹型の建築構造材１Ａと第四側面パネル８とを組み合わせる仕上げ作業台４０と、仕上げ作業台４０上の断面略凹型の建築構造材１Ａの上に、第四側面パネル８を吊り上げて載せるクレーンと、を備える。仕上げ作業台４０は、第四側面パネル８を断面略凹型の建築構造材１Ａに向かって鉛直方向にプレスをかけるプレス手段４２と、当該プレス手段４２を水平方向に進退自在に移動させて、第四側面パネル８を上方から断面略凹型の建築構造材１Ａ上に載せるためのスペースを形成する移動手段４３と、を有する。【選択図】図３
