PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a door magnetically holding device capable of automatically magnetically holding a door at a predetermined position with a comparatively strong force without performing a specific operation.SOLUTION: A door magnetically holding device comprises: a magnetic material plate 5 attached to an upper surface of a bottom plate to be vertically oscillatable; and a device body 6 attached to a side surface of a door 2. The device body 6 comprises: a magnet 64; and a magnetic material yoke 62. The magnetic material yoke 62 comprises: a first component piece 62a magnetically attached on an upper surface of the magnet 64; and a second component piece 62b extended downwards from a door side edge of the first component piece 62a. A lower end of the second component piece 62b is extended downwards than a lower surface of the magnet 64. The magnetic material plate 5 is vertically oscillatable between a storage attitude along the upper surface of the bottom plate, and a magnetically attached attitude at which the magnetic material plate 5 is magnetically attached in a state of surface contact with the lower surface of the magnet 64, and a tip part of the magnetic material plate 5 is magnetically attached at a lower end part of the second component piece 62b of the magnetic material yoke 62.
