To inhibit a door from deforming to the inside of a vehicle body even when an excessive load is applied to the door in a vehicle side surface collision, etc., and the door moves to a vehicle upper side relative to a vehicle body door frame, for example, by enhancing load bearing properties, and also to improve the assemblability to a vehicle.SOLUTION: In a state that a loop 44 and a latch 73 engage with each other, and a pin 47 and an engagement member 62 engage with each other in a door holding device 4A, a central axis P2 of a connection part 46 of the loop 44 and a rotary surface P1 of the latch 73 are parallel to each other; an engagement surface P4 of a flange part 48 of the pin 47 and an engagement surface P3 of the engagement member 62 are parallel to each other; and an attaching surface S1 to an inner panel 30 of a bracket 60, and the rotary surface P1 of the latch 73 and the engagement surface P3 of the engagement member 62 are inclined relative to each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】耐荷重性を高め、車両側面衝突などでドアに過度な荷重が加わって、例えばドアが車体ドア枠に対し車両上方に移動した際にも、ドアが車体内部に変形するのを抑制し、また、車両への組付性を向上させる。【解決手段】ドア保持装置4Aにおいて、ループ44とラッチ73とが係合し且つピン47と係合部材62とが係合している状態で、ループ44の連結部46の中心軸P2と、ラッチ73の回転面P1とは互いに平行であり、ピン47のフランジ部48の係合面P4と、係合部材62の係合面P3とは互いに平行であり、ブラケット60のインナーパネル30に対する取付面S1と、ラッチ73の回転面P1及び係合部材62の係合面P3とは互いに傾斜している。【選択図】図6
