SASH FOR REPAIR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sash for repair capable of making repair work efficient by facilitating positioning of a window frame for repair with respect to various types of existing window frames.SOLUTION: A permanent frame and a window frame for repair are provided. A permanent frame 22 for a sill comprises an upper wall 221 that is placed on an indoor-side upper end surface of an existing sill 32, a suspended wall 222 that is suspended by being bent downward on the outdoor side of the upper wall 221, and height adjusting means 225 that is provided in the suspended wall 222. A sill 12 of the window frame for repair is placed on the permanent frame. A draining wall 125 extending below an outdoor-side undersurface thereof is provided. Reference parts 121a and 125a, which serve as positioning references, are provided on an undersurface of the sill 12 of the window frame for repair and an indoor side surface of the draining wall 125. The reference parts 121a and 125a of the undersurface of the sill 12 of the window frame for repair and the indoor side surface of the draining wall 125 are fixed by abutting on a top surface of the upper wall 221 of the permanent frame and an outdoor side surface of the suspended wall 222.
【課題】各種の既設窓枠に対して改修用窓枠の位置決めを容易にして、改修作業の効率化を図ることができる改修用サッシを提供する。【解決手段】捨枠と改修用窓枠とを備え、下枠用の捨枠２２は、既設下枠３２の室内側上端面に載置される上壁２２１と、上壁２２１の室外側で下方に屈曲して垂下する垂下壁２２２と、垂下壁２２２に設けられた高さ調節手段２２５とを有し、改修用窓枠の下枠１２は捨枠に載置され、その室外側下面より下方に延設される水切壁１２５を有するとともに、改修用窓枠の下枠１２の下面と水切壁１２５の室内側面には位置決めの基準となる基準部分１２１ａ，１２５ａを有し、改修用窓枠の下枠１２の下面と水切壁１２５の室内側面の基準部分１２１ａ，１２５ａを、捨枠の上壁２２１上面と垂下壁２２２室外側面に当接させて固定する。【選択図】図３
