AUTOMATIC PENETRATION TEST MACHINE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an automatic penetration test machine capable of stably achieving load control by feedback while reducing an impact load when a penetration rod penetrates into the ground.SOLUTION: An automatic penetration test machine 1 includes: a lifting and lowering base 3; a chuck 5 provided on the lifting and lowering base 3 and holding a penetration rod 4; a lifting and lowering motor 8 for performing the lifting and lowering operation of the lifting and lowering base 3; a load cell 22 for detecting a load applied to the tip of the penetration rod 4; and control means 10 which, after the lifting and lowering base 3 at an elevation position has been lowered at a high speed by controlling the speed of the lifting and lowering motor 8 and immediately before the tip of the penetration rod 3 penetrates into the ground, issues a deceleration command to the lifting and lowering motor 8, and when the penetration rod 4 penetrates into the ground, switches the lifting and lowering motor 8 to load control and compensates the output torque of the lifting and lowering motor as necessary while feeding back the detection value by the load cell 22, thereby applying a target test load.
【課題】貫入ロッドの地中貫入時の衝撃荷重を低減して、フィードバックにより荷重制御を安定して実現可能な自動貫入試験機を提供する。【解決手段】上記課題に鑑みて提供された自動貫入試験機1は、昇降台3と、この昇降台3に設けられ、貫入ロッド4を保持するチャック5と、この昇降台3を昇降操作する昇降用モータ8と、前記貫入ロッド4の先端にかかる荷重を検出するロードセル22と、昇降用モータ8を速度制御により、上昇位置にある昇降台3を高速で下降させた後、貫入ロッド3の先端が地中に貫入する直前に、昇降用モータ8へ減速指令を発する一方、貫入ロッド4が地中に貫入する段階では、昇降用モータ8を荷重制御に切り替え、ロードセル22による検出値をフィードバックしながら昇降用モータ8の出力トルクを必要に応じて補正して目標の試験荷重を負荷する制御装置10とを備える。【選択図】図4
