AUTOMATIC PENETRATION TESTING MACHINE
To provide an automatic penetration testing machine that can output highly reliable penetration test data.SOLUTION: An automatic penetration testing machine 1 according to the present invention includes: a main body 10 that has a vertically extending support column 12; an elevating unit 20 that can be raised and lowered along the support column 12; a chuck unit 30 that is mounted on the elevating unit 20 and can hold a rod R and drive the rod R in rotation; and a control unit 40 that controls the rotation and descent of the rod R based on a preset operation program, penetrates the rod R into the ground based on a specified test load, stores the test load for each penetration depth of the rod R as penetration test data, and can output it to the outside. The main body 12 is formed by making it possible to attach and detach a measuring unit 50 provided with an external load sensor 53 that measures an actual load acting in an axial direction of the rod R. As a result, it is possible to easily inspect whether or not a penetration test can be performed according to the specified test load regardless of a location.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】信頼性の高い貫入試験データを出力可能な自動貫入試験機の提供。【解決手段】本発明に係る自動貫入試験機1は、垂直に延びる支柱12を備えた本体10、支柱12に沿って昇降自在な昇降ユニット20、昇降ユニット20に載置されロッドRを保持しかつ当該ロッドRを回転駆動可能なチャックユニット30、予め設定された動作プログラムに基づいてロッドRの回転ならびに下降をそれぞれ制御しかつ規定された試験荷重に基づいてロッドRを地中へ貫入し当該ロッドRの貫入深さ毎の試験荷重を貫入試験データとして記憶して外部出力可能な制御ユニット40を備える。本体12は、ロッドRの軸方向に作用する実荷重を計測する外部荷重センサ53を備えた計測ユニット50を着脱可能にして成る。これにより、規定の試験荷重に則った貫入試験が行えるか否か場所を問わず容易に検査できる。【選択図】図1
