FASTENING STRUCTURE IMPARTING DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To impart a male screw, without applying processing to an irregular-shaped bar steel.SOLUTION: A fastening structure imparting device comprises a cylindrical divided body 22 of one set in two pieces for surrounding the outer periphery of the irregular-shaped bar steel 21 being a fastening structure imparting object in a semi-cylindrical shape. A locking part for locking so as to be capable of preventing slipping-out from the irregular-shaped bar steel 21 to an outer peripheral surface of the irregular-shaped bar steel 21, is projected on an inner peripheral surface of the cylindrical divided body 32. A series of male screws 36 are formed on an outer peripheral surface of the cylindrical divided body 32. The fastening structure imparting device 31 is constituted by providing a cylindrical rotary cylinder body 33 having a female screw on the inner peripheral surface for threadedly engaging with this male screw 36. The rotary cylinder body 33 is rotated on the cylindrical divided body 32, and the cylindrical divided body 32 is relatively moved in the longitudinal direction of the irregular-shaped bar steel 21, and is positionally fixed by butting the tip of the rotary cylinder body 33, and the locking part of the cylindrical divided body 32 is pressed to a transverse rib 22b of the irregular-shaped bar steel 21, and the cylindrical divided body 32 is positionally fixed on the irregular-shaped bar steel 21.
【課題】異形棒鋼に対して加工を施さなくても、雄ねじを付与できるようにする。【解決手段】半円筒形状で締結構造付与対象たる異形棒鋼21の外周を囲繞する2個で一組の円筒分割体32を備える。円筒分割体32の内周面には、異形棒鋼21の外周面に対して異形棒鋼21から抜け止め可能に係止する係止部を突設する。円筒分割体32の外周面には一連の雄ねじ36を形成する。そして、この雄ねじ36に螺合する雌ねじを内周面に有する筒状の回転筒体33を備えて、締結構造付与装置31を構成する。回転筒体33を円筒分割体32上で回転して円筒分割体32を異形棒鋼21の長手方向で相対移動させて、回転筒体33の先端を突き当てたりして位置固定するとともに、円筒分割体32の係止部を異形棒鋼21の横リブ22bに押し当てることで、円筒分割体32を異形棒鋼21上に位置固定する。【選択図】図2
