METHOD FOR CONTROLLING ORIENTATION OF REINFORCEMENT FIBER IN CONFLUENT PART, AND CONFLUENT STRUCTURE OF FIBER REINFORCEMENT CONCRETE MEMBER OR FIBER REINFORCEMENT MORTAR MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for controlling the orientation of reinforcement fiber in a confluent part of a fiber reinforcement concrete or a fiber reinforcement mortar before curing when cast into a formwork or the like, so as to improve the performance of a fiber reinforcement concrete member or a fiber reinforcement mortar member, with the orientation of the fiber capable of contributing to the tensile strength.SOLUTION: A net-like partition member 9 is installed in a confluent part 6 of a fiber reinforcement concrete or a fiber reinforcement mortar before curing. When a fiber reinforcement concrete forms the confluent part, the reinforcement fiber is entangled with the net-like partition member 9, so that the orientation of the reinforcement fiber is controlled in the confluent part 6. Consequently a tensile strength can be produced in the confluent part 6 by the reinforcement fiber.
【課題】硬化前の繊維補強コンクリートや繊維補強モルタルを型枠等に流し込んで流動させ、補強繊維を配向させても、硬化前の繊維補強コンクリートや繊維補強モルタルの合流部では引張強度に寄与しない配向となる場合があるため、繊維補強コンクリート部材や繊維補強モルタル部材としては性能が向上しない。【解決手段】硬化前の繊維補強コンクリート又は繊維補強モルタルの合流部6に網状仕切り材9を設置し、繊維補強コンクリートが合流した際に補強繊維を前記網状仕切り材9に絡ませることにより、合流部6での補強繊維の配向を制御し、合流部6で補強繊維による引張強度を得ることができる。【選択図】図2
