GLASS FIBER NONWOVEN CLOTH COMPOSITE FOR BUILDING COMPONENT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glass fiber nonwoven cloth composite used by sticking a core material formed of an insulation, as a surface material, in which a shape of it does not change even when it is stuck during molding of the insulation, it has high adhesive intensity with the insulation, it has air permeability, and it hardly causes difficulty to molding of the insulation.SOLUTION: Provided is the glass fiber nonwoven cloth composite for building component, characterized so that a hot melt is coated in a spray state to one surface of the glass fiber nonwoven cloth having at least two layers, namely a layer having a glass fiber and a layer having a pulp, and frazier permeability (JIS L-1096) is 1.0-20.0 cm/cmsec.
【課題】表面材として、断熱材からなる芯材に貼り合わせて使用されるガラス繊維不織布複合体において、断熱材の成形時に貼り合わせても、形状が変化せず、断熱材との接着強度が高く、通気性を有していて、断熱材の成形に障りが出にくいガラス繊維不織布複合体を提供することである。【解決手段】ガラス繊維を含有する層とパルプを含有する層の少なくとも2層を持つガラス繊維不織布の片面にホットメルトがスプレー状に塗布され、フラジール通気度(JIS L−1096)が1.0〜20.0cm3/cm2・secであることを特徴とする建築部材用ガラス繊維不織布複合体。【選択図】なし
