FUSION MOLDING METHOD OF PLANAR MOLDING, FUSION MOLDING DEVICE FOR PLANAR MOLDING, AND PLANAR MOLDING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a novel technology for variously molding art craftworks (especially various pictures or stained glass) to be planar moldings with heterogeneous materials such as heterogeneous metals or glass through industrial means.SOLUTION: A fusion molding method of a planar molding includes: a first step of laminating and molding a molten metal or the like within an outer frame 40 disposed on a surface of a table 20 or the like as a contour line 11 of a picture pattern through contour line molding means LS; and a second step of forming a tin layer S in a space S0 of the contour lines 11 within the outer frame. A top face of the tin layer S is filled and decorated by dripping or injecting decorative materials of glass, metal powder, resin material and the like through surface decoration molding means E0 of fusion or spray coating. A finished product (9) can then be obtained via a gradual cooling step (7) and a tin layer exfoliating/cutting step (8).
【課題】 異種金属やガラス等の異種素材により平面造形物となる美術的工芸品（特に、各種絵画やステンドグラス等）を工業的手段により多彩に造形する新規技術に関する。【解決手段】 第１ステップで、溶融金属他をテーブル２０等の表面に配置した外枠４０内に図柄の輪郭線１１として輪郭線造形手段ＬＳで積層造形する。第２ステップで、上記外枠内の各輪郭線１１間の空間Ｓ０に錫層Ｓを形成し、この上面に装飾素材となるガラスや金属粉、樹脂材他を溶融、溶射等の表面装飾造形手段Ｅ０で滴下、注入等により充填装飾する。徐冷工程（７）と錫層の剥離・裁断工程（８）を介して完成品（９）とする平面造形物の溶融造形法。【選択図】図２
