PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a particle for laminated molding that allows molding by laminated molding without making the addition of a binder an indispensable prerequisite, and has high flowability, and a molding for sintering using the same, and a method for producing an alumina sintered body.SOLUTION: Particles for laminated molding according to the present invention contain hydraulic alumina particles having 30-100 μm of D90, with the percentage of the particles of 0.1-10 μm in particle size being less than 10 pts.mass. A molding for sintering according to the present invention contains rehydrated alumina particles having 30-100 μm of D90, with the percentage of the particles of 0.1-10 μm in particle size being less than 10 pts.mass.SELECTED DRAWING: None
【課題】バインダーの添加を必須とせずに積層造形による成形ができ、かつ、高い流動性を有する積層造形用粒子、及び、これを用いた焼結用成形体、アルミナ焼結体の製造方法等を提供する。【解決手段】本発明の積層造形用粒子は、30〜100μmのD90を有し、かつ、0.1〜10μmの粒子径を持つ粒子の割合が10質量部未満である水硬性アルミナ粒子を含む。本発明の焼結用成形体は、30〜100μmのD90を有し、かつ、0.1〜10μmの粒子径を持つ粒子の割合が10質量部未満である再水和アルミナ粒子を含有する。【選択図】なし
