PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chain conveyor cutter capable of not only largely reducing troublesome work such as a coupling release and recoupling of a chain fixture but also reducing the problems such as looseness of a nut, breakage of a bolt, and deformation of a pattern plate.SOLUTION: This device comprises common plates 4 fixed to revolving chains 2 by shackles 3, pattern plates 5-8 detachably connected on the common plates 4 by bolts and nuts 9 and fixing bit holders 10 by mutually different arrangement patterns, and bits 11 detachably installed in the respective bit holders 10, and is provided with stoppers 12 for receiving a thrust load acting on the bolts and the nuts 9 by regulating a slide to the common plates 4 by extending downward from the pattern plates 5-8 and liners 13 abutting on the chains by extending downward from bottom surfaces of the pattern plates 5-8.
【課題】 チェーン固定具の結合解除や再結合のような、やっかいな作業を大幅に削減できるだけでなく、ナットのゆるみ、ボルトの折損、パターンプレートの変形などの問題を軽減できるチェーンコンベアカッタを提供する。【解決手段】 本装置は、周回するチェーン２にシャックル３で固定される共通プレート４と、共通プレート４上に、ボルト及びナット９により着脱可能に連結され、互いに異なる配置パターンによりビットホルダ１０が固定される、パターンプレート５〜８と、ビットホルダ１０のそれぞれに着脱可能に装着されるビット１１とを備える。パターンプレート５〜８から下方に延び共通プレート４に対するスライドを規制し、ボルト及びナット９に作用するスラスト荷重を受け止めるストッパ１２と、パターンプレート５〜８の底面から下方へ延びチェーンに当接するライナ１３とを設けてなる。【選択図】 図２
