FIRED PRODUCT CONTAINING ANORTHITE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve such a problem that an amorphous phase is apt to be generated when a fired product containing anorthite is obtained by using coal ash as a main component.SOLUTION: Such a raw material is used that the ignition residue thereof, after an ignition test is conducted at 950°C, contains 10-25 mass% of CaO, 10-30 mass% of AlO, 40-65 mass% of SiO, and 2-7 mass% of MgO. The raw material is fired at 1,000-1,400°C so that the fired product is obtained, which product contains 20-70 mass% of anorthite, 10-50 mass% of the total of augite, diopside, and hedenbergite, and 20 mass% or smaller of the amorphous phase.
【課題】 石炭灰を主成分としてアノーサイトを含有する焼成物を得ようとした場合、非晶質相の生成が起きやすい場合があった。【解決手段】 950℃での強熱後の残分が、CaOが10〜25質量%、Al2O3が10〜30質量%、SiO2が40〜65質量%、MgOが2〜7質量%の範囲内にある原料を1000〜1400℃で焼成し、アノーサイトを20〜70質量%、オージャイト、ダイオプサイド、ヘデンバージャイトを合算して10〜50質量%含み、且つ非晶質相含有量が20質量%以下である焼成物とする。【選択図】 なし
