CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF EXTERNAL FACING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure of an external facing material for improving strength, wind pressure resistant strength and fire resistance in a connection part.SOLUTION: A connection structure is formed by laterally connecting a long size external facing material A of forming male-female connection structures 5 and 6 in left-right end parts. The connection structure of the external facing material uses the external facing material A formed of a decorative surface 7 in which a plurality of irregular parts 7c is formed along the longitudinal direction, a metallic surface material 1a for forming the male-female connection structures 5 and 6 in the left-right end parts of the decorative surface 7, a sticking surface of a vertical plane shape, an upper surface of bending the upper end of the sticking surface to the indoor side, and a reinforcement surface of upwardly projecting the tip of the upper surface, and integrally formed with a surface material 1 formed of a reverse surface cover material 2 stuck so as to cover the whole surface of an irregular part 7c of a reverse surface of the decorative surface 7 of the metallic surface material 1a, by filling a heat insulation material 4 between the surface material 1 and a reverse surface material 3.
【課題】連結部の強度、耐風圧強度、耐火性等を向上させた外装材の連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】雄雌連結構造5、6を左右端部に形成した長尺状の外装材Aを横方向に連結して形成する連結構造において、長手方向に沿って複数個の凹凸部7cを形成した化粧面7と、化粧面7の左右端部に雄雌連結構造5、6を形成した金属製表面材1aと、垂直平面状の貼着面と、貼着面の上端を屋内側に屈曲した上面と、上面の先端を上方に突出した補強面とから形成し、金属製表面材1aの化粧面7裏面の凹凸部7c全面を覆うように貼着した裏面カバー材2とから形成した表面材1と、表面材1と裏面材3間に断熱材4を充填して一体に形成した外装材Aを使用した外装材の連結構造である。【選択図】図2
