PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an external facing material capable of preventing deformation such as a curve, even if an outer wall material expands.SOLUTION: An external facing material 1 is constituted of a surface material 2, a reverse surface material 3, and a core material 4 filled in a space enclosed by the surface material and the reverse surface material, and a connection recessed part 10 is formed by bending the surface material on the reverse surface material side on one side of the surface material, and a connection projection part 20 is formed by bending the surface material on the reverse surface material side on the other side of the surface material, and the connection recessed part 10 extends by a predetermined distance to the recessed part inside in parallel to a plane part of the surface material in its cross-sectional shape, and extends by a second distance L4 up to the innermost end in parallel to the plane part after extending by a first distance L3 by inclining by a first angle θ1 toward the reverse surface material, and the connection projection part 20 extends by a fourth distance L8 up to the forefront tip in parallel to the plane part after extending by a third distance L7 by inclining by a second angle θ2 toward the reverse surface material from the plane part of the surface material in its cross-sectional shape, and the second distance L4 of the connection recessed part 10 is set in a longer distance than the fourth distance L8 of the connection projection part 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
【課題】外壁材が膨張しても、湾曲等の変形を防止できる外装材を提供する。【解決手段】外装材1は表面材2と裏面材3、及び表面材と裏面材で囲まれた空間に充填された芯材4とから構成され、表面材の一側に該表面材を裏面材側に屈曲して連結凹部10を形成すると共に、表面材の他側に該表面材を裏面材側に屈曲して連結凸部20を形成し、連結凹部10は、その断面形状において、表面材の平面部と平行に凹部内方に所定の距離延び、裏面材に向けて第1角度θ1傾斜して第1距離L3延びた後に、平面部と平行に最奥端まで第2距離L4延びると共に、連結凸部20は、その断面形状において、表面材の平面部から裏面材に向けて第2角度θ2傾斜して第3距離L7延びた後に、平面部と平行に最先端まで第4距離L8延びており、連結凹部10の第2距離L4は、連結凸部20の第4距離L8より長い距離に設定される。【選択図】図4
