JOINING STRUCTURE OF COLUMN AND HORIZONTAL MEMBER IN WOODEN FRAMEWORK
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a joining structure of a column and a horizontal member in a wooden framework used for a safe and secure building sufficiently endurable even against an earthquake, for supporting by penetratingly inserting the horizontal member into a through-hole of its main column, by penetrating the main column up to a roof from a foundation into the center of the building.SOLUTION: A joining structure of a main column and a horizontal member is formed by mutually crossing a part of upper and lower through- holes in the right-angled direction by forming a pair of upper and lower through-holes of penetrating over an oppositely turning surface of the main column, slightly larger than the length in the vertical width direction of the respective horizontal members, and a column inner tenon is vertically provided in a bottom part of the lower through-hole, and the column inner tenon is fitted to a tenon hole provided in a place corresponding to the column inner tenon of a lower horizontal member under surface inserted into the though-hole, and a wedge is respectively driven in and fixed to a clearance between the through-hole and the horizontal member inserted into the through-hole, and a concave cutout part formed on a crossing part under surface of the upper horizontal member is fitted to-inserted into a convex cutout part of the lower horizontal member. The column inner tenon and the tenon hole are composed of a polygonal shape in a plan view.
【課題】 建物の中央等に主柱を基礎から屋根まで貫き、その主柱の貫穴に横架材を貫挿させて支える地震にも充分耐えられる安全で安心な建物に用いる木造軸組における柱と横架材の接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】 主柱と横架材の接合構造において、前記主柱の反対向する面に渡って貫通する上方と下方一対の貫穴をそれぞれの横架材の縦幅方向の長さよりもやや大きく、且つ上方と下方の貫穴の一部が直角方向に互いに交差してなり、前記下方の貫穴の底部に垂直に柱中ホゾを設けるとともに該貫穴に挿通される下方横架材下面の前記柱中ホゾに対応する箇所に設けられたホゾ穴に前記柱中ホゾを嵌合させ、前記貫穴と貫穴に挿通される横架材との隙間にそれぞれ楔を打ち込んで固定し、下方横架材の凸状切欠部に上方横架材の交差部下面に形成した凹状切欠部を嵌挿させる。前記柱中ホゾ及びホゾ穴は平面視にて多角形からなる。【選択図】図1
