PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building equipment installation structure capable of restraining building equipment 16 from falling due to earthquakes and the like.SOLUTION: A building equipment installation structure includes: a foundation 12 of a building 10 constructed on ground 18; a floor frame 14 that is provided on the foundation 12 and that has a floor beam 32; building equipment 16 that is mounted away from the floor frame 14, above the floor frame 14; and a leg part 40 that is mounted on the foundation 12 via an anchor bolt 67 having one end surface 52 attached to a bottom surface 38 of the building equipment 16 and having the other end surface 60 embedded in the foundation 12.
【課題】地震等により建物設備１６が倒れるのを抑制することができる建物設備設置構造を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】地盤１８に設けられた建物１０の基礎１２と、基礎１２上に設けられると共に床小梁３２を有する床フレーム１４と、床フレーム１４の上方に床フレーム１４と離間して設けられた建物設備１６と、一方の端部面５２が建物設備１６の底面３８に取り付けられると共に他方の端部面６０が基礎１２に埋め込まれたアンカーボルト６７を介して基礎１２に取り付けられた脚部４０と、を備えた建物設備設置構造。【選択図】図１
