To provide equipment installation structure of a building capable of suitably installing equipment such as a sensor and a camera when the equipment is installed on a ceiling part of the building.SOLUTION: In a room of a building, a device mounting unit 40 for mounting devices 16, 17 is provided on a ceiling part 12 provided with lighting devices 13. The device mounting unit 40 is provided with: a fixed plate part 41 fixed in a state of being stretched over a pair of ceiling beams 25 in a building unit; a housing part 42 for mounting the devices 16, 17 in a state of housing them therein; and a support rail 43 provided so as to extend below the fixed plate part 41 and supporting the housing part 42 so as to be adjustable in height position through an opening 27a opened to a ceiling surface material 27.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】建物の天井部分にセンサやカメラ等の機器を設置する場合において、その機器を好適に設置することができる建物の機器設置構造を提供する。【解決手段】建物の部屋において、照明機器１３が設けられた天井部１２には、機器１６，１７を取り付けるための機器取付用ユニット４０が設けられている。機器取付用ユニット４０は、建物ユニットにおける一対の天井小梁２５の上に架け渡された状態で固定される固定板部４１と、機器１６，１７を内部に収容した状態で取り付ける筐体部４２と、固定板部４１に対してそれよりも下方に延びるように設けられるとともに、筐体部４２を天井面材２７に開口された開口部２７ａを通じて高さ位置調整可能に支持する支持レール４３とを備える。【選択図】 図２
