PORTABLE TERMINAL REGISTRATION SYSTEM
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable terminal registration system capable of making it difficult to illegally register a portable terminal.SOLUTION: A first center 20 relates a terminal authentication ECU 8 to user information Dus by reflecting relation between terminal authentication unit information Dun and the user information Dus in a database 25. In issuing a portable terminal key ID and a portable terminal key to a portable terminal 3, the first center 20 reflects relation between the terminal authentication unit information Dun and portable terminal key information Dke in the database 25 depending on the user information Dus acquired from the portable terminal 3 at the time of the issue. Thereby, the portable terminal 3 is related to the terminal authentication ECU 8. When registration of the portable terminal 3 to a terminal authentication ECU 8 is performed; a registration propriety determination unit 26 permits, by referring to the database 25, only a terminal authentication ECU 8 related to the user information Dus on the portable terminal 3 to register the portable terminal 3.
【課題】携帯端末の不正登録を生じ難くすることができる携帯端末登録システムを提供する。【解決手段】第１センター２０は、端末認証ユニット情報Ｄun及びユーザ情報Ｄusの紐付けをデータベース２５に反映することにより、端末認証ＥＣＵ８及びユーザ情報Ｄusを紐づける。第１センター２０は、携帯端末３に携帯端末キーＩＤ及び携帯端末キー鍵を発行するとき、このときに携帯端末３から取得するユーザ情報Ｄusを頼りに、端末認証ユニット情報Ｄun及び携帯端末キー情報Ｄkeの紐付けをデータベース２５に反映する。これにより、携帯端末３及び端末認証ＥＣＵ８が関連付けられる。登録可否判定部２６は、携帯端末３が端末認証ＥＣＵ８に登録されるとき、データベース２５を参照することにより、携帯端末３のユーザ情報Ｄusに結び付いた端末認証ＥＣＵ８にのみ登録を許可する。【選択図】図１
