STEEL PIPE EXTERNAL SURFACE ANTICORROSION STRUCTURE AND ITS ANTICORROSION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a structure for performing anticorrosion at an external surface of buried existing cast iron pipe under an easy and superior workability.SOLUTION: A polyethylene sheet 10 is applied to wind a part of an existing cast iron pipe P that is dug-up from earth and exposed from its lower part to upward, a central protrusion piece at one protrusion end part 12a with both cut portions being applied as an interface is applied to overlap a rear side of a central protrusion piece of the other protrusion end part 12b through said cut portions and at the same time both side protrusion pieces at the other protrusion end with both cut-portions being applied as an interface are overlapped on the rear sides of both side protrusion pieces of one protrusion end part through said cut portions and both protrusion end parts are engaged with each other and fixed. The engaged portions are positioned inside in such a way the extremity ends of the cut portions may not reach the bent lines, overlapped to be bent and set along an outer peripheral surface of the cast iron pipe and then they are fixed by a rubber band 14 and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1D
【課題】簡単かつ作業性良く、埋設既設鋳鉄管の外面の防食を行う構造を提供する。【解決手段】掘り起こして露出させた既設鋳鉄管Pの一部に、ポリエチレンシート10をその下方から上方に巻回し、両切り込みを境にした一方の突出端部12aの中央の突出片を前記切り込みを通して他方の突出端部12bの中央の突出片の裏側に重ねるとともに、両切り込みを境にした他方の突出端部の両側の突出片を前記切り込みを通して一方の突出端部の両側の突出片の裏側に重ねて、両突出端部を噛み合わせて固定する。その噛み合い部を切り込みの先が折り曲げ線に至らないように内側に位置させて重ねて折り曲げて鋳鉄管の外周面に沿わせ、ゴムバンド14等で固定する。【選択図】図1D
