PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material which includes, in a tongue part, caulking improved in adhesiveness with the building material and a cutoff property, and a manufacturing method thereof.SOLUTION: The building material includes the bead-shaped caulking in the tongue part. The caulking contains a styrene-based block copolymer resin or a mixture of an olefin-based resin and an adhesive resin, and is bead-shaped in a foamed state. The manufacturing method of the building material includes the steps of: warming a caulking material and foaming the caulking material with an inert gas; and coating the tongue part of the building material with the foamed caulking material in the bead shape. The building material uses a raw material containing either the styrene-based block copolymer resin or the mixture of the olefin-based resin and the adhesive resin as the caulking material.
【課題】建材との密着性、切断性に優れたコーキングを実部に有する建材及びその製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】実部にビード状に形成されたコーキングを有する建材であって、該コーキングは、スチレン系ブロック共重合樹脂、又は、オレフィン系樹脂と粘着性樹脂の混合物を含むとともに、発泡した状態でビード状に形成されている。及び、コーキング材を加温するとともに不活性ガスで発泡させる工程と、建材の実部に、発泡させた該コーキング材をビード状に塗布する工程とを含み、該コーキング材としてスチレン系ブロック共重合樹脂、オレフィン系樹脂と粘着性樹脂の混合物のいずれかを含む原料を使用する建材の製造方法。【選択図】なし
