CONNECTION STRUCTURE FOR PRECAST MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a connection structure for a precast member that may be installed even at a site where construction cannot be made from the upper side, and furthermore offers solid and integral connection by simple means.SOLUTION: At a position where the opening ends of reinforcement joints 11 and 12 on one side and reinforcement joints 24 and 25 on the other side face each other, respectively and are aligned, main reinforcements 7, 8, 20 and 21 of reinforcement joint members extend into 15, 16, 28 and 29 on one end side inside each of the members and are fixed in the space of the reinforcement joints, while movable transverse rigid members 30 and 31 are spanned between the reinforcement joints 11 and 12 on one side and the reinforcement joints 24 and 25 on the other side at the other end side being an opening end side for each of them, and the reinforcement joints are mutually connected by a grout material 38 filled in the spaces of the main reinforcements 7, 8, 20 and 21, the transverse rigid members 30 and 31 and both reinforcement joints 11, 12, 24 and 25.
【課題】上方側から施工できない現場であっても設置施工することができ、更に、相互の連結は簡単な手段により一体的で強固な連結を得ることができるプレキャスト部材の連結構造を提供する。【解決手段】一方の鉄筋継手11、12と他方の鉄筋継手24、25との各々の鉄筋継手の開口端部相互が対向一致する位置で、各々の鉄筋継手の部材内側となる一端部側15、16、28、29には部材中の主鉄筋7、8、20、21が延出して鉄筋継手の空間内に固定され、各々の開口端部側となる他端部側には一方の鉄筋継手11、12と他方の鉄筋継手24、25間に跨るように可動する短手剛部材30、31により架け渡され、主鉄筋7、8、20、21、短手剛部材30、31及び両鉄筋継手11、12、24、25の空間内に充填されたグラウト材38とにより鉄筋継手相互が連結される。【選択図】図2(d)
