POTTERY OR PORCELAIN WARE MATERIAL, AND POTTERY OR PORCELAIN WARE MANUFACTURING METHOD AND POTTERY OR PORCELAIN WARE MANUFACTURING DEVICE THAT USE THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To burn pottery or porcelain ware in energy-saving way.SOLUTION: A pottery or porcelain ware manufacturing method comprises: mixing, in a raw material such as clay or ceramic to be burned as porcelain or pottery ware, usually uncontained fine coal or graphite heat-treated at high temperature to make a pottery or porcelain material 2; drying a formed pottery or porcelain material 2 to put in a crucible 3; housing the crucible in a microwave generation apparatus 1; irradiating the crucible with microwave to cause heat-generation in the fine coal or graphite for burning it. Accordingly, burning can be performed easily in extremely energy-saving way compared with burning in a furnace regardless of types of raw materials. Besides, an optional burning condition suitable for desired pottery or porcelain ware such as earthenware, stoneware, pottery, porcelain or ceramic can be precisely achieved by controlling a content of the fine coal or graphite, a power of the microwave and a heating time.
【課題】陶磁器の焼成を省エネルギーに行う。【解決手段】陶磁器として焼成される粘土やセラミックなどの原材料に、通常は含まれていない高温で熱処理された粉炭または黒鉛を混入させて陶磁器材料2を作成し、成形されたこの陶磁器材料2を、乾燥させた後、るつぼ3に入れ、マイクロ波発生装置1に収容して、マイクロ波を照射することで、前記粉炭または黒鉛を発熱させ、焼成を行う。したがって、原材料を問わず、炉で焼成する場合に比べて、容易かつ極めて省エネルギーに焼成を行うことができる。また、前記粉炭または黒鉛の含有量、マイクロ波のパワーおよび加熱時間を調整することで、土器、せっ器、陶器、磁器、セラミックスなど、所望の陶磁器に適した任意の焼成条件を正確に実現することができる。【選択図】図1
