LIGNEOUS FRAME STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ligneous frame structure capable of being assembled at the site and effectively reinforcing an opening of a wooden framework by strengthening a joint part of a portal frame.SOLUTION: A ligneous frame structure 80 is composed by fitting a portal frame 70 to the inside of an opening 76 of a frame structure comprising a concrete foundation 71, and pillars 73, 73 and a beam 74 joined together on the concrete foundation. The portal frame 70 is composed by laying a frame beam member 20 between frame pillar members 1, 1. Joint vertical side surfaces 2, 21 in the vicinity of the joint part of the frame pillar member 1 and the frame horizontal member 20 are formed substantially flush with each other, and having a box-shaped reinforcement steel plate 30 attached to a joint part thereof. The reinforcement steel plate 30 covers, at the joint part, the joint vertical side surface 2 of the frame pillar member 1, an outer vertical other surface 4, a part of an upper surface 5, the joint vertical side surface 21 of the frame beam member 20, and an upper horizontal other surface 22. A gap 29 is formed between an upper surface (the upper surface 5, the upper horizontal other surface 22, a fourth plate member 31d and a fifth plate member 31e) of the portal frame 70 and a lower surface of the beam 74.
【課題】現場で組み立てでき、かつ門型フレームの接合部を強化して、木造軸組の開口を効率的に補強する。【解決手段】コンクリート基礎71上に柱73、73と梁74が接合してなる枠構造体の開口76内に、木質フレーム70を装着して木質フレーム構造80とする。門型フレーム70は、フレーム柱材1、1間にフレーム梁材20を架設して構成し、フレーム柱材1とフレーム横架材20の接合部周辺で接合垂直側面2、21は略面一に形成され、接合部に箱型の補強鋼板30を取り付けてある。補強鋼板30は、接合部で、フレーム柱材1の接合垂直側面2、外垂直他面4、上面5の一部、フレーム梁材20の接合垂直側面21、上水平他面22を被覆している。門型フレーム70の上面(上面5、上水平他面22、第4板材31d、第5板材31e)と梁74の下面との間に間隙29が形成される。【選択図】図2
