CONNECTION STRUCTURE OF SANDWICH PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a connection structure of a sandwich panel, hardly disconnecting the connection by irregular fitting, when a negative wind load is applied.SOLUTION: In a connection structure of the present invention, a fitting projection 5 is provided in one end part of a sandwich panel P, and a fitting recess 6 is provided in the other end part, and the adjacent two sandwich panels P are connected by fitting of them. A locking projection 7 is provided in the fitting recess 6, and the fitting projection 5 is provided with a locking object recess 8 for locking the locking projection 7 when the fitting recess 6 is dislocated to the outdoor side from a fitting position. The locking projection 7 comprises an upper piece part 70 in contact with the locking object recess 8 in the case and a lower piece part 71 extending toward the indoor side from an outdoor side end part of the upper piece part 70, and a clearance S being wider toward the indoor side, is formed between the upper piece part 70 and the lower piece part 71.
【課題】負の風荷重がかかった場合に、凹凸嵌合による接続が外れにくいサンドイッチパネルの接続構造を提案すること。【解決手段】本発明の接続構造では、サンドイッチパネルPの一方の端部に嵌合凸部5を設け、他方の端部に嵌合凹部6を設け、これらの嵌合により、隣接する2枚のサンドイッチパネルPを接続している。そして、嵌合凹部6に係止用凸部7を設け、嵌合凸部5に、嵌合凹部6が嵌合位置から屋外側にずれた場合に係止用凸部7が係止される被係止用凹部8を設けている。係止用凸部7は、前記場合に被係止用凹部8に接触する上片部70と、上片部70の屋外側端部から屋内側に向けて延びる下片部71とを有し、上片部70と下片部71との間に屋内側ほど広い隙間Sが形成されたものである。【選択図】図1
