SANDWICH PC PANEL CONNECTION STRUCTURE USING SMART CONNECTING MEMBER AND CONNECTION METHOD THEREOF
The present invention relates to a sandwich PC panel connection structure using a smart connecting member connecting an inner PC panel and an outer PC panel apart from each other. The present invention is able to improve the structure to be fastened with residual vertical and horizontal rebars through vertical and horizontal connecting holes formed on an insert unit of the connecting member, and firmly maintain the integration with the framework module. Specifically, the present invention is able to allow a worker to collectively and simply bind the plurality of connecting members on the outside without entering a small space between the inner panel and the outer panel by an embedding method to insert the residual vertical and horizontal rebars through the vertical and horizontal connecting holes. The sandwich PC panel connection structure comprises: an inner PC panel and an outer PC panel (10)(10'), a connecting member (20), and a vertical connecting hole and a horizontal connecting hole (30)(30').
본 발명은 서로 이격되는 내, 외측 피씨패널을 연결하는 스마트 커넥팅 멤버를 이용한 샌드위치 피씨패널 연결구조에 관련되며, 이는 커넥팅멤버의 인서트부에 형성되는 수직, 수평 커넥팅 홀을 통하여 잔여 수직, 수평철근과 체결되도록 구조 개선되어 골조모듈과 일체성이 견고하게 유지되고, 특히, 수직, 수평 커넥팅 홀을 통하여 잔여 수직, 수평철근을 관통 삽입하는 배근 방식으로 인해 내, 외측 피씨패널 사이 좁은 공간으로 작업자가 진입하지 않고도 외부에서 복수의 커넥팅멤버를 일괄적으로 간단하게 구속할 수 있도록 내, 외측 피씨패널(10)(10'), 커넥팅멤버(20), 수직, 수평 커넥팅 홀(30)(30')을 포함하여 주요구성으로 한다.
