PILE-MEMBER JOINT METHOD AND JUNCTION STRUCTURE OF PILE-MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a member joint method capable of easily obtaining a high joint force improving the workability relevant to joint work, joint release work and position adjustment work.SOLUTION: When joining a pile member 1 with another member (a hat-like member 2 or a bridge lower member), fixing collar 3, which is constituted of division end parts 3A1 (3A2) and 3B1 (3B2) being divided in a circumference direction, and which are disposed being opposed to each other, and are coupled with each other by a cylinder device 20, is disposed on the outer periphery of the pile member. By tightening the fixing collar 3 via the cylinder device 20, the pile member is held by the division end parts of the fixing collar by the inner face of the fixing collar. The other member is joined with the pile member by holding the other member between the pieces of the fixing collar 3.
【課題】接合作業、接合解放作業、位置調整作業に係る作業性を良好にし、高い接合力を容易に付与する部材接合方法を提供する。【解決手段】杭部材１に他の部材（笠状部材２や橋梁下部部材など）を接合するにあたり、周方向に分割された互いに対峙する分割端部３Ａ１（３Ａ２）と３Ｂ１（３Ｂ２）同士がシリンダー装置２０によって連結された固定用カラー３を杭部材に外嵌めし、シリンダー装置を介して固定用カラーを縮径変化させて固定用カラーの内周面で杭部材を、固定用カラーの分割端部同士で他の部材をそれぞれ挟むように掴持することにより、杭部材に他の部材を接合する。【選択図】図１
