PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a garage door system with a higher function.SOLUTION: A garage door system 1 includes a door panel 2 which is supported turnably by a first shaft 21 supported by a garage G, an opening and closing mechanism 3 which performs opening and closing operation by turning the door panel 2, and an auxiliary panel 4 which is supported turnably by a second shaft 22 supported by the door panel 2. A turning angle of the auxiliary panel 4 is preferably varied in accordance with a turning angle of the door panel 2, and an auxiliary panel turning control mechanism is preferably provided for controlling the turning angle of the auxiliary panel 4.
