IRRIGATION CHANNEL-COATING STRUCTURE, AND IRRIGATION CHANNEL-COATING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating structure and a coating method for an irrigation channel, which are suitable for soft ground thanks to the usage of a corrugated plate that is lighter than concrete, have a smooth surface without protrusions such as bolts and nuts so that grass does not entwine and water can flow down smoothly, and prevent water leakage into the ground thereby exhibiting superior durability.SOLUTION: A plurality of supporting frames 2, which constitute an irrigation channel-coating structure body 1 and are arranged at a bottom face and at both side faces of the irrigation channel, have a bottom-face corrugated steel plate and a side-face corrugated steel plate 4 laid on the supporting frames 2. Surfaces of the corrugated steel plates 3 and 4 are covered with a polyurethane coating material 8 with a thickness for keeping bolts and nuts not to protrude. A durable covering material 9 is placed on the surface of the coating material 8 to form a smooth water-flow face.
【課題】コンクリートより軽量なコルゲート板を使用するので軟弱地盤にも好適であるし、表面はボルト・ナット類の突起物の無い平滑面からなるので雑草等が絡まることもなく水を円滑に流下させることができ、地中への漏水も防止して耐久性にも優れている用水路被覆構造体及び用水路の被覆工法を提供する。【解決手段】用水路被覆構造体1を構成し、用水路の底面から両側面にかけて配置する複数本の支持枠材2上には、底面コルゲート鋼板及び側面コルゲート鋼板4が敷設してある。コルゲート鋼板3、4の表面にはボルト・ナットが突出しない厚さのポリウレタン製の被覆材8が配設してある。被覆材8の表面には耐久性被装材9が配設してあり、流水面は平滑面に形成してある。【選択図】図3
