PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an irrigation channel monitoring device that calculates specific water information of an irrigation channel such as a water level at a specific location, for controlling opening/closing of a sluiceway.SOLUTION: An irrigation channel monitoring device 100 includes a TM master station 51 that acquires water information J1 of a plurality of irrigation channels Y, and a server 50 that accumulates the water information J1 and generates a control signal P1 for controlling a sluiceway 10 in relation to the irrigation channel Y. The server 50 includes a water system model diagram 40 indicating a connection relationship and a layout relationship of the irrigation channel Y, and calculates specific water information J2 at a specific location T on the irrigation channel Y based on the water information J1 and the water system model diagram 40 and generates the control signal P1 for the sluiceway 10 in relation to the specific location T based on the specific water information J2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
