PENETRATION PART FORMATION DEVICE AND FIRE COMPARTMENT WALL STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a penetration part formation device for forming the penetration part for wiring and piping for a fire compartment part so as to realize a fireproof performance more positively.SOLUTION: This invention relates to a penetration part formation device 100 for forming the penetration part for wiring and piping at a wall material W. The formation device 100 has a hollow tubular main body 111 made of thermal expansion material arranged in a wall hole H of the wall material W. The main body 111 is thermally expanded through heating to close the wall hole H. This is comprised of a thermal expansion fireproof member 110 and at least one covering member 120 fixed to the wall surface of the wall material W in the state of covering at least one end surface of the thermal expansion fireproof member 110. The covering member 120 is comprised of a pair of split members 121, the pair of split members 121 is combined to each other to form a covering part 122 covering the end surface of the thermal expansion fireproof member 110 and an opening part 124 through which the wiring and piping materials P pass.
【課題】本発明の目的は、より確実に防火性能を発揮すべく、防火区画用の壁材に配線・配管用の貫通部を形成するための貫通部形成装置を提供することにある。【解決手段】本発明の貫通部形成装置は、壁材Wに配線・配管用の貫通部を形成するための貫通部形成装置100であって、壁材Wの壁孔H内に配置される熱膨張性材料からなる中空筒状の本体部111を有し、該本体部111が加熱によって熱膨張して壁孔Hを閉塞する、熱膨張性耐火部材110と、該熱膨張性耐火部材110の少なくとも一方の端面を被覆した状態で壁材Wの壁面に固定される少なくとも1つの覆い部材120と、を備えてなる。該覆い部材120が一対の分割体121からなり、該一対の分割体121が組み合わさって、熱膨張性耐火部材110の端面を被覆する覆い部122、及び、配線・配管材Pが通過する開口部124が形成されることを特徴とする。【選択図】図1
